Since starting baking in 2005, EJFOODS has been proud to serve our local community. We’re committed to not only providing quality dishes and desserts, but going above and beyond to ensure our customers are getting the best and freshest selections available. Starting Young
Starting at the age of 5, I was always by my grandmother's side, and raised in the kitchen. She taught me that the most important ingredient is Love. And love is kept hidden in the garlic powder and sautéed onions.
Before Gordon Ramsey, Paula Dean, and Bobby Flay were household names. I had my grandmother and my Aunts. I learned how to make everything from scratch. I was taught that even though the boxed items are easy and fast. They don't have the same feeling that you get when watching the table go quiet while everyone starts to dig in.
Our standard is to only use the best quality and the freshest ingredients.
Truly Top-Notch Food and Services
We take a lot of pride in making your private gathering a success. Making all foods from scratch using my Grandmothers' and Aunts' recipes brings a since of history and a long established love of cooking and baking that runs deep down through generations. We only use the freshest ingredients. When we prepare your order, it is made as close as possible to the pick-up/delivery date. Ensuring the quality of the products. Each item is made in our own kitchen in small batches, as it would've been when Grandmother made it.
